Caledonia earned Brent Schroeder a win in his first game as head coach, but it came with some tense moments.

Connor McCormick ran for a touchdown on fourth down and carried for the game-clinching two-point conversion for the Warriors in overtime.

The game was tied 6-6 through four quarters. P-E-M scored on the first play of overtime, a 10-yard pass from Cole Olstad to Jack Ihrke, then Cole Springer kicked the extra point for a 13-6 lead.

Caledonia faced fourth-and-goal from the 3 on its OT possession, and McCormick scored on run up the middle. Schroeder chose to try for two. P-E-M helped out with an offsides penalty, moving the Warriors to the 1½ yard line, and McCormick scored behind a block from Ivan Augedahl (94 rushing yards).
